Shipping Policy
1. Processing - once we receive your order, please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time in addition to shipment time. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed to email on file. Your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is processed through their system.
2. Shipping- Please allow 5 - 7 business days for domestic shipping. To Ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information such as correct street numbers, abbreviation, buildings, and apartment numbers. Texas Bogie is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our fulfilment center and in the hands of the Post office, we have handed over control of the package.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy last 7 days after order is received. Returns and Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our Texas Bogie office. For returns/exchanges email our customers service department and we will be glad to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.
